Olé tus huevos. In Spain, that's what we say when someone gets through life with courage and grit — and you deserve a proper Spanish tortilla for it.

Made by Antonio Romero, grandson of Francisca "MamaPaca" Fernández, using her original recipe from El Labrador in Málaga — now finally in Vancouver, every Sunday at Ultramarinos Pepe 7.

Ingredients: potatoes, eggs, onion, salt, extra virgin olive oil.

Contains: egg. Onion is a core part of our recipe and cannot be omitted.

Choose Your Format

  • Whole Tortilla — Serves 6–8 people · Approx. 9 inches across. Arrives in a branded box.
  • Half Tortilla — Serves 2–4 people. Arrives in a branded box.
  • Pintxo (Slice) — 1 serving, a single generous slice, served with bread, a fork, and a napkin.

Looking for our Tortilla Bocadillo (mollete bread with mayo)? That's a Sunday, in-store-only item — it's not available for online pre-order, but you can add it when you pick up.









How Pre-Order Works


MamaPaca's Tortilla is made fresh to order, every week, exclusively for Sundays.

Pickup: Every Sunday, 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (our closing time), at Ultramarinos Pepe

First Launch Window: Pre-orders for our launch batch are open July 12 – July 24 (closing 1:00 PM). First pickup day is Sunday, July 26.


Because each tortilla is made in small batches and takes real time and care, pre-ordering ahead of Friday's cutoff is the best way to guarantee your preferred format. A limited number of tortillas will also be available in-store each Sunday, first-come, first-served.




Pickup Policy


Please plan to pick up your tortilla between 10:30 AM and 8:00 PM on your scheduled Sunday. As it's made fresh in limited quantities, we're unable to offer refunds for orders not picked up during this window.




Storage & Reheating


Your tortilla is ready to eat as soon as you pick it up — it's traditionally enjoyed at room temperature, just like in Spain, so there's no need to reheat it at all.


If you do prefer it warm, a quick reheat is all it needs: less than 1 minute in the microwave.


Best enjoyed within 3 days, kept refrigerated.
