Antonio grew up surrounded by this spirit. By places where the counter mattered as much as
the product, where a bocadillo wasn’t just food but a small ritual, and where craving real food
meant knowing exactly where to go. To make Ultramarinos Pepe honest, it had to be rooted in
that same neighborhood feeling, close, familiar, human.
