Every other month, we invite a chef we genuinely admire to create an exclusive bocadillo using products from the Ultramarinos Pepe shelves. In between, we hand the Lab over to our community and feature a winning customer creation.
Each bocadillo joins our menu for one month. Along the way, we share the story behind it, introduce the person who created it, and gather your feedback one bite at a time.
We know Spanish products. Chefs and our community know creativity. The Bocadillo Lab brings those together and introduces more people in Vancouver to the fl avors we love.

An exclusive bocadillo, built from the products on Pepe's shelves - a chef's take one month, the community's the next.
LAUNCH
The creation becomes our featured bocadillo on the UP7 menu for a full month with the story of who made it and why.
CELEBRATE
We gather feedback all month long, then the bocadillo earns its place on the Bocadillo Lab Wall of Fame. Forever.
